This week we are going to keep a weather diary.

Get 2 pieces of A4 paper and fold them in half to make a little book.

1: Design a front cover. You could call it My Weather Diary and do some super lettering (get an adult to help you with the lettering if you’re struggling).

2.Decorate your cover with some examples of different weather features. For example: a rainbow, a lightning bolt, clouds, rain, snowflakes, sun! Remember to put your name on the bottom of the cover

3: On the first page put the title: Contents. Underneath this list the days Monday to Friday – like this:

4. On the next page put the title Monday. Write a few sentences to describe what the weather has been like today. If you were going outside did you need a coat? Umbrella? Sunglasses? Was it warm enough to sit out in the garden or a bit too chilly? Was it clear or cloudy?

Draw a picture of the weather today at the bottom of the same page.

Save your book for tomorrow.

❗️Most importantly, keep safe, keep well and keep in touch.❗️

Post photos and messages of what you are getting up to on your individual Dojo stories and we will endeavour to reply to each of you as soon as we can.
We hope to hear from you soon,

Listen to this lovely song and have a go at singing it. We will all sing it together when we get back to school.
